Custom seals

Are you looking for a seal kit that you can't find in our online store? No problem! We offer custom seal kits with small minimum order quantities to consumers, retailers and repair shops worldwide.

The best thing about it? If it is an item for which there is a certain demand and that we deem a good addition to our online shop, we'll produce it for you free of charge! In fact a large amount of the products you can find in our online store have been made in collaboration with consumers and repair shops.

How does it work?

The whole process is pretty straightforward:

1. Make sure we don't already offer the seal kit you are looking for
2. You tell us what kind of seal you need (o-ring, rod seal, quad seal, piston seal, etc.) either via phone or via email
3. Based on your information, we will send you a simplified drawing indicating all the dimensions we need. While we need the dimensions of the installation location itself, we prefer to have the seal dimensions as well as a means of verification
4. You measure these dimensions to best of your abilities, ideally with a high quality caliper
5. We devise the seal type that is best suited for your application. If it is a standardized seal type that we have in stock, we will send it to you immediately (e.g o-rings, rod seals, etc). If it is a custom seal type (e.g two-piece rod seals, piston seals, etc.), we will create the required technical drawings, have the parts manufactured in Germany and send them to you as soon as we receive them in one of our weekly shipments
