We offer a complete vacuum pump seal kit / repair kit for various MINI models.
If the vacuum pump in your MINI is leaking, you have the option to purchase the entire vacuum pump but the seals that are actually responsible for the leak are usually not available at the dealership. Depending on the model, these various seals are located inside the vacuum pump and between the vacuum pump and the engine block.
Here you can purchase these high-quality seals and save a lot of money compared to the replacement of the entire vacuum pump. All of our elastomer seals are either made out of HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) or FPM/FKM (Fluoroelastomer, comparable to Viton®) depending on the installation location. Both materials are heat and wear resistant and far exceed the specifications of the originally used seals. In an effort to meet our customers' high expectation of quality, we continue to have all of our custom seals and parts manufactured in Germany and import them into the United States.
