We offer a complete seal kit / repair kit for the VANOS adjuster unit solenoid valves in S50B32 engines used in various BMW models.
BMW models with S50B30, S50B32 and S62 engines will start leaking oil from the solenoid valves once the original seals wear out to a point that they are not able to withstand the high pressure inside the VANOS adjuster unit anymore. The grooves of the solenoid valves are uniquely shaped in a way that makes them not suited for the use of o-rings. Therefore we developed special u-shaped seals made out of heat and wear resistant Viton® (temperature range from -20°C/-4°F to +204°C/+400°F). The seals are CNC-milled to our specifications within tolerance class DIN ISO 2768-1-f (fine) in Germany to ensure a high level of accuracy.

Attention: The solenoid valve seals are a very tight fit. Before installing this type of seal, the entire surface of the seal and the VANOS adjuster unit housing must be covered with a thin layer of engine oil.
